New Rules for A-Rod?

It seems like the favorite son of baseball may have the rules bent for him...good thing he's not a swimming Gold Medalist or he'd have his butt in a jam.
I guess 'I'm sorry, I was young and I was stupid' will get you off the hook if you are A-Rod and making a cool is it now $40 Million a year?
We can't have 2 standards, 2 sets of rules or convenient rule bending for the favorite sons of sports. What's good for one is good for all.
What do you think????

OC's "Great Park"...Unveiling Design Plans Soon

It really can't go by any other name. This is really "The Great Park"! How large is it? Where is it? Well, the Great Park is a development underway that transforms the former El Toro Marine Base (now closed) into a Park unlike any other.
Designers have spent about 3 years (and millions in dollars) in developing this central park which spans so many acres. Construction should begin shortly (that means job stimulus). This is exciting. The Great Park will have a Botanical Graden, an Orchard, a Memorial, a Lake, a Sports complex, a Tennis center, a Campground and there is talk of several major colleges offering a satellite campus at the Great Park
