Orange County home prices headed up

Good news for Orange County. Jeff Collins reported on the OC Register that Home prices are heading up for the 3rd month in a row. (Read Here)

*The first 20 days in July saw an average selling price of $425,000. The lowest monthly median was at $370,000 in January.

*The amount of homes purchased is up 10.6% from this time last year.

*3 zip codes in Orange County had sales gains for 100% or more

*July is expected will be the 13th straight month of year-over-year sales gains

I think this is going to keep up!
