October 15, 2011 was a proud day for the City of Laguna with the dedication and grand opening of their new state of the art City Hall and Community Center.
Michael Caruso, Real Estate Broker and 17 year resident of Laguna Niguel met with and congratulated Laguna Niguel Mayer Gary Capata then took a detailed tour of the sparkling new state of the art City Hall campus.
The new facility has a Community Room, all the Administrative Building and Planning departments, Public Works department and City Attorney / City Clerk / City Manager and Mayors office. There is also a beautiful outdoor intimate amphitheater and a Emergency Operations Center to facilitate information and organization in the event of a catastrophe.
Michael Caruso has been in the real estate industry for 3 decades and has been serving the Laguna Niguel area since 1994. He has sold homes nearly everywhere in Laguna Niguel and supports the city every way possible. Michael has coached Laguna Niguel youth sports (baseball) and has been a major sponsor for the Dana Hills Football team.
